About Biblical Life Leadership College

“It is estimated that there are 5 million Pastors around the world who have never had any ministerial training whatsoever.”

Pastoring a church without training is like being handed a container full of car parts, and being expected to know how to put that car together. It is extremely difficult.

Biblical Life Leadership College (BLLC) provides pastoral training as part of Biblical Life Community Church (BLCC), the church-planting and local church ministry of Biblical Life Ministries. Our training serves men and women who are called by God and are already doing the work of ministry. Second, we supply training to future Pastors; those called, but for now they are serving under their Pastor. And finally, we supply training to the other ministers in the church: those who operate the core ministries in the house; the children, ladies, men, music, outreach, etc.

Our very first class was in Kenya with 9 Pastors in 2004. As of 2026, more than 1,000 pastors have graduated from Biblical Life Leadership College. Our ministry includes churches and Bible Colleges in three countries. Classes are held at different times throughout the year. Seating is limited!

We estimate approximately 2,500 new salvations per graduating class within one year following graduation. On average, BLLC graduates plant a new church every 21 days. Our ministry network includes more than 1,900 churches.

Biblical Life Leadership College is a unique approach for providing rural Pastors with the Bible training and ministerial tools they desperately need, but are too often unavailable in their area.

We believe that if we can lift the Pastor,

the Pastor can lift the church.
