Making Disciples, Making a Difference
Malindi is a costal town in Kenya, 300 kilometers south of the Somali border. It was visited by Vasco de Gama in 1498. While there, he built a coral pillar, which is still standing today, and signed an agreement with the local Sultan of Malindi. The Portuguese had some influence on the Kenyan coast, but it has been dominated by Islam for centuries. In the 500 years since Vasco de Gama, there has never been any kind of Bible School in Malindi, or on the coast region of Kenya.
Until now.
